Methods to Recruit and Retain Seminar
The Alternative Methods to Recruit and Retain is a SHRM certified course that provides attendees with proven techniques for hiring and retaining employees. In association with Indianapolis-based "Help Needed" powered by The Bob & Tom Show, the course covers a range of strategies and tactics, from traditional media like radio to newer, more targeted mediums like paid social media and audio streaming ads, to attract passive job seekers and increase EEOC recruitment diversity. For SHRM members, attending the seminar qualifies for 2 SHRM continuing education credits.
